What we collect

When you call or message us, we receive the information you choose to share: your phone number, your location, your vehicle details and a description of the problem. We use this only to provide the service you asked for.

When you browse this website, we may collect anonymous usage data, such as pages viewed and buttons clicked, through analytics tools. We also record campaign parameters (for example utm_source) to understand how visitors find us. We do not record names, phone numbers or message content in analytics.

How we use information

• To respond to your request and send a technician to your vehicle.
• To confirm the right battery for your car.
• To keep records of the work done, including any warranty details.
• To improve our website and understand which pages help visitors.

WhatsApp and phone calls

Messages sent through WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. Calls are handled through our telephone provider.

If analytics is enabled, this site may use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which set cookies to measure usage. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only where needed to deliver the service, or where required by law.
