The price depends on the battery your car needs. Standard batteries for small saloons cost the least. EFB and AGM batteries for start-stop cars, large batteries for 4x4s and European cars that need registration cost more.
What changes the price: battery technology, battery size, brand, registration, battery location. We confirm the exact price for your car before we come.
Where we work
Battery change at your villa, apartment parking or office
The car stays where it is, even with a flat battery. No tow is needed. This is what we need from you at each type of address.
Villa or gated community
Leave room to open the bonnet. Tell the gate to expect us, or send the gate pass.
Basement or multi-storey car park
Send the building name, parking level and bay number. If the car park needs an access card, meet us at the entrance.
Office car park
Tell reception or security we are coming. You can leave the key at reception and carry on working.
Roadside or petrol station
Send a live location pin and get to a safe place. We will not work in a live traffic lane.
Fit the type your car came with. You can sometimes upgrade (for example from EFB to AGM), but never fit a lower type.
Conventional (flooded)
Standard lead-acid battery with liquid electrolyte.
The most common and affordable type. Heat speeds up water loss and plate corrosion, so in Dubai they tend to wear out faster than in cooler climates.
Best for: Cars without start-stop that were built for a conventional battery.
EFB (Enhanced Flooded Battery)
Stronger flooded battery built for more frequent cycling.
Handles repeated starts better than a conventional battery. A car that came with EFB should get EFB or AGM, never a conventional battery.
Best for: Entry-level start-stop systems and cars originally fitted with EFB.
AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat)
Sealed battery with electrolyte held in glass mats.
Spill-proof, vibration-resistant and built for deep cycling. Common in European premium cars and often fitted in the boot or under a seat. A car built for AGM must stay on AGM.
Best for: Advanced start-stop, energy recovery and cars with heavy electrical demand.
Car brands
Find your car brand
See which battery type your brand usually needs, where the battery is, and whether it must be registered.
High temperatures speed up the chemical reactions inside a lead-acid battery. That causes internal corrosion and water loss, which permanently reduce capacity. The damage builds up over summer, and the battery often fails later, when it has to start the engine with less in reserve.
A battery can read a normal 12.6 volts and still fail to start the car. A proper test measures cranking ability under load and checks that the alternator is charging correctly.
Many European cars track battery age and adjust charging. A new battery must be registered with the car’s computer, or the car keeps charging it like the old, worn one.
Warranty, registration and old-battery disposal: what’s included
01 Warranty
Every battery carries the manufacturer’s warranty. The length depends on the brand and the battery; we confirm it with your quote and write it on your invoice. It covers manufacturing faults, not a battery drained by lights left on or by a charging fault. To claim, contact us with your invoice and we test the battery at your car.
BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, VW, Porsche and Land Rover models often need the new battery registered with the car’s computer. We do it at the car with a diagnostic tool, as part of the fitting.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions people ask us most.
Can you replace my car battery where it is parked?
Yes. Battery replacement is done on-site at your home, office, car park or the roadside, as long as the technician can work safely beside the car.
How do I know which battery my car needs?
Send us your make, model and year, or a photo of the label on your current battery. We match the size, terminal layout, capacity and technology (AGM, EFB or conventional) to your car.
How long does a car battery last in Dubai?
Heat wears car batteries out faster, so they usually last less time in the UAE than in cooler climates. Many drivers find they need a new battery every two to three years, but it depends on the battery, the car and how it is used. A test is the only reliable way to know.
Do you register batteries on BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi and Land Rover?
Yes. Cars with battery management systems need the new battery registered (and sometimes coded) with a diagnostic tool. We do this as part of the installation.
What if my car does not need a new battery?
We test before replacing. If the battery is healthy and the problem is something else, such as a loose terminal or the charging system, we will tell you.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover 180 areas across Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, from Dubai Marina and Downtown to Mirdif, JVC and Dubai South, plus Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. Outlying areas such as Hatta are on request.
How much does a car battery cost in Dubai?
It depends on the battery your car needs. A standard battery for a small saloon costs the least. EFB and AGM batteries for start-stop cars, large batteries for 4x4s, and European cars that need registration cost more. Fitting, testing and taking the old battery away are included in our price. Send your car details and we give you the exact price before we come.
