Our service

VoltPoint Battery Service provides mobile car battery testing, replacement, installation and jump-start services at the customer's location within our service area.

Quotes and pricing

We confirm the battery option and price before carrying out any work. You are not obliged to proceed after a diagnosis.

Access and safety

You are responsible for giving us safe, legal access to the vehicle and for any parking or entry fees. Our technicians may decline to work where conditions are unsafe, for example in a live traffic lane.

Vehicle condition

We diagnose and replace batteries. If we find a fault outside our scope, such as an alternator or starter failure, we will tell you, and you may need a workshop.

Warranty

Battery warranties follow the manufacturer's terms for the specific battery fitted, as confirmed at the time of sale. See our service policy.
