Prices
The price depends on the battery your car needs. Standard batteries for small saloons cost the least. EFB and AGM batteries for start-stop cars, large batteries for 4x4s and European cars that need registration cost more.

Where we work
The car stays where it is, even with a flat battery. No tow is needed. This is what we need from you at each type of address.
Leave room to open the bonnet. Tell the gate to expect us, or send the gate pass.
Send the building name, parking level and bay number. If the car park needs an access card, meet us at the entrance.
Tell reception or security we are coming. You can leave the key at reception and carry on working.
Send a live location pin and get to a safe place. We will not work in a live traffic lane.
Parking and access
Send the building name, parking level and bay. Many island towers need an access card or a visitor pass for the car park.
In Khalifa City, Shakhbout City and MBZ City, share a live location pin and tell the compound gate to expect us.
Tell us the sector, street and company name. We replace batteries in cars, vans and pickups at the yard.
Arrival times
Our vans carry batteries in the common sizes and types, so in most cases we fit the new battery on the first visit.
AGM, EFB or conventional
Fit the type your car came with. You can sometimes upgrade (for example from EFB to AGM), but never fit a lower type.
Standard lead-acid battery with liquid electrolyte.
The most common and affordable type. Heat speeds up water loss and plate corrosion, so in Dubai they tend to wear out faster than in cooler climates.
Best for: Cars without start-stop that were built for a conventional battery.
Stronger flooded battery built for more frequent cycling.
Handles repeated starts better than a conventional battery. A car that came with EFB should get EFB or AGM, never a conventional battery.
Best for: Entry-level start-stop systems and cars originally fitted with EFB.
Sealed battery with electrolyte held in glass mats.
Spill-proof, vibration-resistant and built for deep cycling. Common in European premium cars and often fitted in the boot or under a seat. A car built for AGM must stay on AGM.
Best for: Advanced start-stop, energy recovery and cars with heavy electrical demand.

Read the guidesHigh temperatures speed up the chemical reactions inside a lead-acid battery. That causes internal corrosion and water loss, which permanently reduce capacity. The damage builds up over summer, and the battery often fails later, when it has to start the engine with less in reserve.
How heat affects car batteriesA battery can read a normal 12.6 volts and still fail to start the car. A proper test measures cranking ability under load and checks that the alternator is charging correctly.
About our battery testingMany European cars track battery age and adjust charging. A new battery must be registered with the car’s computer, or the car keeps charging it like the old, worn one.

We do not have a shop. We come to where your car is parked, so you do not need to drive or tow it anywhere.

Yes. Cars with a battery management system need the new battery registered with a diagnostic tool. We do this at the car as part of the fitting.
